That is the first line on the Aussie Assist website for relocation services and that is exactly how we felt when arrived late one afternoon after a long, arduous flight from the UK. We were literally flying into the unknown - we really didn’t know anyone in, or much about Adelaide, except for Suzanne! There she was, at the airport to welcome us with a big smile, it was great to finally meet her face to face as we had become acquainted by e-mail some time before our arrival.
After much searching on the internet we found Aussie Assist Relocations and were immediately impressed by the wide range of services available, in particular the option to tailor the packages to suit our specific needs. We contacted Suzanne with a ‘million’ questions and her prompt and professional responses assured us that we were selecting the best person to work with. Suzanne told us not to worry about any of the arrangements in Adelaide and to just concentrate on the stuff we needed to do in the UK. This was great advice and it was one less thing for us to concern ourselves with.
As is the case with major family events, the best made plans can quickly go awry and they did. We had to re-arrange our departure and make revisions to our original request but Suzanne took this in her stride and continued to be most helpful and supportive. We really didn’t need to worry about anything! Suzanne picked us up at the airport, chauffeured us to our temporary accommodation, which was near the beach, shops and transport. In the days following our arrival, Suzanne gave us a mini tour to orientate ourselves with our new surrounding, provided us with invaluable tips and advice on a wide range of matters like schooling, shopping, buying a car, insurance, registering with government agencies and life in general in Adelaide. Suzanne accompanied us to viewings for rental properties and provided us with the necessary references to secure a lovely rental property adjacent to all facilities and her base, for easy access.
I cannot recommend Suzanne’s services highly enough, she offers a unique, personal touch and is genuinely committed to making your relocation experience as painless as possible. We have since relocated to Perth… how I have missed Suzanne – the Aussie always willing to Assist!

My family and I recently had the distinct pleasure of securing Suzanne O’Malley from Aussie Assist as our Relocation agent to handle all matters parallel to our family relocation to Adelaide. She is extremely caring and treats us as if we were her own family. Relocating from Seychelles to Australia had initially seemed extremely difficult but Suzanne’s personalised service has made it very easy for us all. Hi everyone! Myself, Gemma and our 18 month old Lex (at the time) returned to the UK from our original reccie and were due to arrive back in Adelaide permanently in Feb 2011. We would like to recommend Suzanne O’Malley of Aussie Assist for any of your Relocation/Reccie planning needs. We found the service offered by Suzanne to be a great relief to the stresses of moving to the other side of the world. Suzanne gave us everything we asked for, Airport pick up, House rental /purchase info, excursions to whatever we wanted to see/do and with a wealth of knowledge and contacts for all questions anyone would want to ask. Before we set about our move we had contact with a few relocation specialists but found Suzanne to be the most courteous, kind and warm hearted person who treated us with respect, even when we asked the most stupid of questions, always responding to our emails in a prompt manner. She did not try to push on us services that we simply did not need but gave us just what we asked for.

It is with great pleasure that we recommend Suzanne O’Malley and her Relocation services – Aussie Assist.
As a family with 3 young children, we had enough on our plate selling our house and shipping our belongings, before we even got round to thinking about where we would stay once we eventually arrived in Adelaide. Suzanne took all the stress and worry out of the process and showed extreme patience with our many emails advising of delay after delay on our intended arrival date. Suzanne was cheerful throughout and nothing was ever too much to ask or question.
When it came to meeting our needs, Suzanne was extremely thorough down to the very last, minute detail. Everything was taken care of - accommodation, transport, vehicle purchases, you name it, all of this (and more) was done with speed and professionalism throughout. Once we arrived and coasted smoothly through our first week, Suzanne remained discreetly in the background, never more than a phone call away, night or day, whatever the hour and no matter how trivial the question, where to buy...., what beach is best for....., where to get the best fish and chips, and the list goes on!

" I am in Adelaide for three weeks now and Suzanne's services were and are of invaluable help. She organised everything for me. For example, temporary accommodation in a central area so I could do my shopping and registration with all government authorities on foot. Suzanne is also of great help if some Real estate Agents ask for references or even an Australian contact address - which happened to me several times! The small details makes her
help so valuable. What is important when you are looking for a rental property? You will certainly find the answer soon or later without Suzanne's advice, but then is it probably too late...
All these tasks are very time consuming and if you calculate her hourly wage, Suzanne's services are more than a bargain! If you are new in Adelaide and you need someone to point you in the right direction and support you when need it most, Suzanne should be your first choice. I am really glad that I can count on Suzanne's help and support.
