"4WD PINNACLES, KOALAS & SANDBOARDING ADVENTURE – WITH
LOBSTER LUNCH!”
This fabulous day out explores the world renowned Pinnacles Desert,
an amazing moon like landscape, Other highlights of this exciting day
include sand boarding on huge white sand dunes, viewing Australian native
wildlife including kangaroos, emus and koalas
We leave the city limits and head north to Yanchep National
Park where
we stop to view and photograph koalas and kangaroos close up. We break
at the small fishing settlement of Lancelin before the thrilling experience
of 4-Wheel driving over the massive Lancelin sand dunes and the chance
to try sand boarding.
We journey along bush tracks where kangaroos and emus are often spotted,
passing through wildflower country, then proceed to the Rock Lobster
town of Cervantes for a lobster lunch, weather permitting we drive onto
the beach or alternatively visit the wildflower shop. Afterwards we visit
Nambung National Park, home of the amazing Pinnacles
Desert. Here your
guide takes you for an easy paced walk through parts of this fascinating
landscape covering some 404 hectares. Please ensure you wear
comfortable footwear, bring a hat and plenty of film. If it
is flower season, viewing time for wildflowers will be made en route.
Tour
departs daily with arrival back in Perth at approximately
7.30 pm.
Note: Tour may operate with morning coach and afternoon
4WD, or vice versa. Sometimes due to soft sand dunes delays may occur.

"SANDALFORD VINEYARD LUXURY CRUISE"
Cruise the Scenic Swan River from Perth to the Swan Valley on the
Luxurious “Miss Sandalford”. Learn the finer points of wine
production throughout this interesting and scenic tour.
Participate in an extensive wine appreciation session, sampling Sandalford
Premium wines matched with gourmet cheeses, coffee, tea and petit fours.
Enjoy commentary on the history of Swan River, Guildford, Swan
Valley and the wine industry. On arrival at Sandalford, we tour through the
winery to the custom designed theatrette giving you an overview of Sandalford’s
history. From overhead suspended walkways and platforms you will be able
to experience a 'behind the scenes' tour of the operational winery, including
red and white fermentation areas, crushing, pressing and the barrel room.
Time to sit down to sumptious three course lunch, perfectly matched with
premium wines in the restaurant. Following lunch we visit the Cellar
Emporium where you can try fortified wine straight from the oak barrel.
Time to browse through the extensive range of wine products and giftware.

"ALBANY COAST & THE FAMOUS TREE TOP WALK"
A wonderful trip through picturesque farm country to the historic port of Albany, along Western Australia's rugged Southern coastline, finished off with a walk through the canopy of towering old growth forest.
Day 1 Monday: Perth to Albany (L, D)
We journey South
via farmland country to reach Western Australia's only mountainous terrain
and take a scenic drive through the Stirling Range National Park. This
magnificent botanic reserve features rugged peaks up to 1,000 metres
above sea level. We continue to enjoy the views travelling by the Porongurp
Range before arriving in the historic port of Albany late afternoon.
From Mount Clarence Lookout we enjoy panoramic views over Albany and
King George Sound waterway below. Dinner & Overnight:
Motel room with ensuite bathroom.
Day 2 Tuesday: Albany to Perth (B, L)
Following morning
sightseeing at the renowned stunning landforms, 'The Gap' and
'Natural Bridge', we travel via Denmark through spectacular karri tree
forests to the coastal resort town of Walpole. Here we join our local
guide for a luncheon cruise on Nornalup Inlet, widely regarded as one
of the last great wilderness areas. Next stop is the Valley of
the Giants
- here we experience the Tree Top Walk, a 400 metre long elevated walkway
constructed through the forest canopy which gradually reaches up to 40
metres above ground. Bird watchers will be
delighted with the opportunity to view native Australian birds close
up. For those unsure about the elevation, a wonderful walk on ground
level is available through the Ancient Empire, a remarkable pocket of
Tingle Forest. These wide girthed trees, goblin like in appearance can
grow up to 5 metres in diameter. After your day amongst nature we head
back to Perth stopping briefly for a light evening meal (own expense)
in Beaufort River before arrival at approximately 10.30 pm

"MARGARET RIVER, VINEYARDS, EAGLES & CAVES"
Known as one of Australia¹s finest wine regions,
the Margaret River Region is an area also blessed with natural beauty.
Providing a diverse range of activities, this tour allows you to experience
this high profile Western Australian area in one day.
Following morning tea at Dawesville Channel, we journey to Xanadu Winery,
one of the early established vineyards of the region and enjoy a wine
tasting and the chance to purchase from their extensive cellar and merchandise
collection. We then travel on to the Eagles Heritage Raptor Centre, housing
the largest collection of native raptors in Australia. View them handled
close up and witness their lightning speed during a free flight display – followed
by a delicious lobster lunch!
From here we experience Mammoth Cave, one of over 300 natural underground
limestone caves in the district. We enjoy a guided tour providing a fascinating
insight into the creation of these pristine formations. Massive surf
has long been a major draw-card of the area so we head to Surfers Point
at Prevelly Park where international surf competitions are held and views
of the rugged coastline can be enjoyed. Later we stop in the township
of Margaret River for free time to explore the main
street shops, featuring local craft work. Back on the road again we break
for a comfort stop at Busselton Jetty before our return home to Perth.
