Alice Springs, the world's most famous outback town is the capital of Australia's Red Centre. This unique tour epitomises the soul of the Red Centre. The pioneering character of Alice Springs, the stark beauty of the West MacDonnells, the creation of Standley Chasm and an Aboriginal experience with an authentic "Aussie Tucker" dinner. "GRAND ALICE"
By combining two tours, you can discover Alice Springs in a day - remote Aboriginal community, Aboriginal art, meeting Aboriginal people, town highlights, West MacDonnell Ranges and Standley Chasm. You will be returned to Alice Springs for free time/lunch before joining the afternoon tour at 2.00pm Departs 8:00 a.m. Mon/Wed/Thurs only.

"PALM VALLEY"
Follow Larapinta Drive into the Aboriginal homelands of the Arrernte people and into real outback adventure country - the Finke Gorge National Park. Travel by 4WD coach on the dry bed of the Finke River to Palm Valley, a strange semi-tropical oasis in the Red Centre. Bushwalk in the Palm Valley where groves of Livistona palms grow in this remote arid region. Hermannsburg, an 1870's Lutheran mission, showcases Aboriginal history, culture and art. Departs Daily at 7:30 a.m. Includes: Hermannsburg entrance fee and Art Gallery tour, morning tea and lunch.

"WEST MACDONNELLS"
Usually dry riverbeds, vast craggy ochre red sandstone gaps and gorges and tranquil waterholes, make up the spectacular landforms of the West MacDonnell Ranges. The presence of ancient Aboriginal dreaming is always evident in the rugged clefts and chasms.

Fare Includes: Morning tea, gourmet picnic lunch with glass of wine. Departs Daily at 8:00 a.m.

"RED CENTRE OUTBACK"

An evening journey from mystical Ayers Rock. Themed on coach videos will be shown and a snack stop (own expense) will be made en-route to Alice Springs. Travel is by luxury coach. This tour departs from Yulara after sunset and the departure time will vary, depending on the time of the year. Please confirm tour departure time 24 hours prior to departure. Departs Daily - after sunset.
