If you prefer to “get away from it all” we offer the best of both worlds on a unique #Savannah Wetlands Outback Safari in African style Deluxe tents so your Cairns package would reduce to 4 nights and 2 tours plus the 3 day Wetlands Safari (incl; transfers) as follows :-
Day 1: 9:00 am departure from Cairns and arrive at the lodge for morning tea. After lunch, join a sunset Lagoon eco-cruise and explore the 2,000 ha reserve before a relaxing wine and cheese sunset on the deck. Overnight accommodation in a Deluxe Safari Tent.
Day 2: A full day to explore the birds and wildlife of the nearby World Heritage Rainforest in a small group with an expert guide. *Or tour the Cairns Highlands, taste the regional coffee, chocolate and wine products. Overnight accommodation in a Deluxe Safari Tent.
Day 3: An 'Early Birders' morning tour takes you to our Lagoon bird hide. After lunch explore the Reserve on foot or by canoe before returning to your Cairns accommodation after a restful, interesting and unique wildlife experience with amazing photographic subjects.
